Come prepared to have a WET butt. This is part of the design of these open top kayaks. It cannot be avoided. I will be wearing swim trunks and a thin long sleeve sport shirt. If you are sensitive to cold, you might want an extra layer on your upper body.
If you have your own kayak, you are welcome to join free of charge.

Let’s Kayak the San Diego River!
I have been looking at it and wanting to go for years. The time has finally come!
High tide is at 10:59am, so let’s kayak up the river from 10 to 11, then turn around and kayak back to the ocean from 11 to 12. That way the tide is at our backs both ways.
